| PRESIDENT, JAY O’NEILL |

Jay has been with the Glendale Police Department since October 2005 and currently is assigned to the Downtown Neighborhood Response Squad. Jay’s previous employment was with the Oceanside Police Department in California from 1996 through 2005. While employed with the Oceanside Police Department, Jay was an active member of the Oceanside Police Officer’s Association. Jay held previous positions with GLEA as the interim secretary and interim president, before being elected in 2007. Jay is a former US Marine and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University. |

| VICE PRESIDENT, JUSTIN HARRIS |
|
Justin has been with the Glendale Police Department for 7 years and is currently assigned to graveyards out of the Foothills Station. Justin previously worked for the Prescott Valley Police Department for 2 years. During his time at Prescott Valley PD, Justin helped organize that Prescott Valley Police Officer’s Association and served on the board as the Vice-President and Treasurer. Justin has been in law enforcement for 16 years, also working for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and the Dept. of Corrections. Justin served on the Governor’s Board at the Department of Corrections where he worked to improve working conditions and employee rights.

| TREASURER, GIL COMPARAN |
|
Gil has been with the Glendale Police Department for over 8 years and has spent his entire time assigned to patrol. Gil currently works swingshift out of the Gateway Station. Gil is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glyco, Georgia and spent 10 years employed with the US Treasury, Internal Revenue Service. Gil’s employment at the IRS included 5 years as a Special Agent with the Criminal Investigations Division and 5 years as a Revenue Agent, the last two years in the Special Enforcement’s Program. Gil has an Associate’s of Arts degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice. Gil has served as the GLEA treasurer for 3 years. |

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS, RUSS JACOBS |
|
Russ has been with the Glendale Police Department for 6 years, the entire time spent working patrol. Russ currently works dayshift out of the Foothills Station. Russ has served on the Glendale Police Department’s Safety Committee and has served as the Glendale Law Enforcement Association’s Sergeant at Arms for over 3 years.
